Dying Eggs!

It's the beginning of a great tradition!  I remember always going to my Grandma Chester's house to dye Easter eggs as a kid and loving it.  We cousins would all get together and create our masterpieces.  Last year I was deployed over Easter so I was beyond excited for it this year.  We had a lot of fun with it, and Miss Priss even got a bit dirty!

Easter Craft

I have a goal for myself that each holiday we do one craft (at least) to celebrate, and learn about the upcoming holiday.  This was our Easter project, lots of MESSY fun.  Some shaving cream, washable paint, craft foam, bath tub, and eager toddler and we were set!  She isn't normally one to get messy at all, but she LOVED this!

I actually forgot to take a photo of the finished project, but after the shaving cream, paint sit for a while you just scrape off the excess and it leave the foam (cut as eggs) "dyed."

Snow with Daddy

So in the last "snow" post, Tim was on a hunting trip so it was just Tenely and me.  Needless to say, snow clothes, very pregnant, and trying to get pictures makes for quiet a sight.  This time when the snow hit, Daddy was home so it was a bit more fun...

It's Spring...

but I am months behind so here is a photo recap of this girl LOVING all things snow!

Once she realized that she could eat the snow, that is pretty much all she wanted to do....and she did...by the mouthfuls!
